Kung ang isang teacher-vlogger ay lumabag sa Department of Education Order No. 6, s. 2026, hindi mismo nakasaad sa kautusan ang tiyak na parusa, ngunit malinaw na sinasabi nito na ang anumang paglabag ay hahawakan ayon sa umiiral na mga patakaran ng gobyerno.
Ibig sabihin, ang posibleng kahihinatnan ay ibabatay sa mga umiiral na sistema ng Disiplina ng DepEd at Civil Service Commission.
